Vdeo Transcript: If you are noticing that you are caught in a loop or you're trying to break through something or to break a habit and yet you find that you make a certain progress with it and inevitably something snapped back that could be because you're activating one of the metaphysical laws of our reality field called the pendulum principle so the pendulum principle works a lot like Newton's third law of motion you know of equal and opposite force so the amount of force that you apply into a scenario or into your mind is going to provide an equal kick back so if you've ever seen a pendulum clock or if you use a pendulum to test you'll know that if you swing with with force that the arc of this pendulum is going to go and it's going to snap back right it's going to swing past that Center Point past neutral and its upper point on the opposite side of the of neutral of zero is going to be equal to the point here so if you're using your willpower to break a habit for example and you are forcing it against you're going to reach a point where you get fatigued of forcing against this thing and the Pendulum will inevitably swing back it'll reach its limit and that's when in your life you'll experience maybe procrastination or self-sabotage or sometimes people call it relapsing an iron grip wheel Force against it you're going to get tired eventually and your ego is going to push you into the direction that you don't want and that's the pendulum principle activating and it might not be your ego pushing you it might be this whatever that force that you're working against us it could be a wound and this also applies to scenarios so if you notice that there's a drama unfolding the more people get involved or the more ideas or emotions or energies or opinions get infused into the situation the more turbulent it becomes and that's the pendulum principle in action if all the people involved withdrew their energy from it the whole thing would eventually dissipate and calm down and come back to its neutral zero-sum point and that's what we want to do with our minds and that's what we want to do with our Force. when we're noticing that we're caught in this cycle that keeps repeating itself so things need to equalize and if you're pushing force or you're applying resistance into a scenario or onto something that you want to shift within you it's inevitably going to swing back and forth and back and forth and back and forth until you withdraw your force from the scenario so that the pendulum can come back to zero and this is the place from which you actually want to make steps because you'll have the strongest footing and you'll make the greatest strides.
