Phantom Scenarios, Phantom Bridges & Unconscious Contracts (Alignment with Your Individual Power!)

Today we are talking about the correct use of your personal energies; and I am going to introduce that topic through personal alignment, and more importantly how you can get off track and not even notice it. When you're living from your inner world, your inspiration is helping you to put one foot in front of the other. You're on track and of course there's going to be challenges with that and your wounds and your blocks will be activated and you'll do your inner work and you'll process them and then you'll continue with your personal evolution… but there are some situations and scenarios that are actually useless. They are are vortices; pointless black holes into which your personal energy, your Creative Energy, your emotional energy, your physical energy, your mental energy, can get drawn in and you get caught in a web.

You don't want that you don't want that at all because that is a deviation so that's a phantom world and that's not great for your personal growth except to learn the singular lesson of recognizing when you're in one of those situations and extracting yourself from it as quickly as you can so this happens a lot with relationships and we have these bridges into those Phantom scenarios Phantom bridges for Phantom scenarios for example guilt that's a really good example of a phantom Bridge you feel guilty you don't want to be a bad person you don't want to do the wrong thing you want to do right by whoever you're feeling guilty about and so you remain in the situation kind of dragging your feet and strewing diamonds and gems and your creative potential and your beauty into this scenario that really has nothing to do with you you've been caught self-awareness is a really good tool here you've got to recognize when what you're giving in to the situation isn't giving anything back to you so are you evolving are you healing are you being nurtured are you growing or are you being drained and if you feel that you're being drained you have to look at why what is this thing that's draining me am I trying to solve a problem that's not solvable am I trying to heal something or someone that doesn't want or need even to be healed.

If that's the case extract yourself and we have blocks to this extraction the bridge in is also the block to get out so if guilt is the thing that sucked you in the guilt is the thing that you need to work on to get yourself out and sometimes it has to do with just somatic processing figure out where in your body that guilt is resonating if that's the case for you and process it with non-judgmental awareness you may find when you travel through that emotional block that there's a memory or a core belief or a a decision connected with that emotion where you had an experience that made you feel like you had to do the right thing or you were being blamed for not doing the right thing so those of us who carry a lot of guilt were often blamed quite a lot as children and what that means is whoever was blaming you was not in a space of sovereignty they were not responsible for their own emotional experiences and were pointing the finger at you so you if you took the blame and you were scapegoated if you absorb that in and made it uh true which you would have if you were a child because children tend to not filter the messaging that they get from their parents whether it's positive or negative we just take it in so a lot of the challenge that we have now is old programming and so if you are carrying

[Music] this story that you always do the wrong thing or when things go wrong that it's your fault or your responsibility to fix it for sure you're going to be feeling guilt about things not going right or when somebody is not doing well it's an unconscious reflex to try to jump in and fix it because you feel like on some level it's your fault that things have gone wrong for this person so taking accountability for yourself what you feel what you think what you do what you choose makes it much easier for you to identify when somebody else is not in that space when you're in relationship with another person or even system or entity or organization that's not being accountable you can spot it when you've chosen the path of self-responsibility and therefore sovereignty influence power over your own being it's a much more please it's a way to use your energy that's much more beneficial to your growth and kind of in protect you from misusing your energy by putting it into vortexes that don't belong to you all right so another example let's say I have a phantom scenario

You're being provoked you're being provoked by somebody who is just trying to get a rise out of you and why are they trying to get a rise out of you because if you have an emotional reaction to their provocation then you've made an energetic link you've agreed to their chord it's like a contract has been set in place not something written on paper with pen but something that's created through the exchange and use of energy so you have without really wanting to or meaning to because you got sucked into the provocation for example you decided to defend yourself you decided to say something back any any direction of your energy into the direction of the provocation is a silent agreement an Unwritten agreement in energetic contract to bind and if you do that then you start exchanging energy you walk into the field of this shared space that's a bridge and now you're in a phantom scenario so check yourself how did you get connected to this person or this system or this organization were you tricked to put your energy into that direction and if that's the case

pull yourself out and often identify when something like that has happened breaks the spell it dissolves the contract in particular when you recognize it through the lens of self-responsibility so yeah I did that yeah I had that reaction yeah I made the mistake of filling the blank okay because if you go into the because you'll get a lot more power out of it and self-awareness for your own being and again that will help you not make that same Choice again for example I decided to fire back at that person's insult because it made me feel insecure or I felt rejected and if you can identify with the trigger point within you was and work that through you've captured more of your power that was unconsciously being given away and you're much less likely to get sucked into these scenarios which are such a waste of energy it's just it's such a waste if you think about all the things you could create or all the things you want to create and if you're one of those people who thinks you're not creative that is a separate video but every breath is a creation creativity doesn't mean that you have to paint like Van Gogh

it means you're working with free expression

you're living your life with free expression, with imagination that's open - that's not co-opted by any kind of programming
